1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the digital product “Greenhouse Building Guide” (“Product”), created and sold by DGP Greenhouses / Dragan Jovanović.

By purchasing this Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Digital Product – No Physical Delivery

This is a digital product.
All materials — including PDF documents, videos, and bonus files — are delivered electronically via a secure download link on the order confirmation page and/or by email.

No physical items will be shipped.

3. License & Allowed Use

After purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, single-user license to access and use the Product.

You may not:

• share, forward, or publish the download link
• share the PDF or videos with others
• upload the Product to any website, cloud service, or social media platform
• resell, distribute, or use this Product in commercial or consulting services without written permission

Unauthorized sharing will result in license termination and potential legal action.

4. Download Access

Your purchase includes:

• Access to one unique download link
• Limited number of downloads (controlled by our system to prevent misuse)
• Technical support in case of download issues

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final.
No refunds are offered once the Greenhouse Building Guide PDF has been downloaded.

However, we want every customer to receive what they paid for.

If you experience any technical issue accessing or downloading your file, or if you believe you received the wrong file, please contact me at dragan@dgpgreenhouses.com within 7 days and I will make sure you receive a working copy or a replacement link.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where the product cannot be delivered or accessed due to a verified technical error.

All payments are processed through PayPal, and therefore any refund or dispute will follow PayPal’s policies.

6. Educational Purpose Only

This Product contains information based on Dragan’s 20+ years of experience in greenhouse engineering, construction, and project development.

However:

• It does not guarantee financial results
• It does not guarantee specific yields or profits
• It does not serve as formal engineering documentation
• All projects must comply with local building regulations, codes, and standards
